Gutmann North America is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and experience in aluminum construction. We are a leading aluminum company specializing in commercial and residential construction, with over 87 years of experience in aluminum projects around the world, we are now expanding our operations in North America.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial and residential construction sectors, emphasizing the benefits and features of our bi-fold aluminum doors.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, glaziers and other key decision-makers to become their trusted advisor in the selection of bi-fold aluminum doors or other aluminum products.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our bi-fold aluminum doors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique features and advantages of our bi-fold aluminum doors and products, addressing client needs and concerns.

Quoting and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes, proposals, and contracts for potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of pricing structures and terms.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for product improvement and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Compensation:
This position offers a commission-based salary, providing unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.

Work closely with GNA operations in studying potential project leads, preparing quotations, and ensuring seamless execution and fulfillment of customer orders for secured projects.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, glaziers, and other key decision-makers, serving as their trusted advisor in selecting aluminum products.

Product Knowledge and Presentations:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of aluminum systems with a preferred specialty in bi-fold aluminum doors, conduct compelling product presentations, and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

Quoting and Proposal Generation:
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes, proposals, and contracts for potential clients, alongside the Gutmann operations team, ensuring a clear understanding of pricing structures and terms.

Reporting and Compliance:
Maintain a weekly commercial log, prepare monthly reports with revenue forecasts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the sales and marketing function.

Networking:
Attend industry events, arrange meetings, and maintain a network of potential clients in the region.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, with a strong background in aluminum systems and the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
