Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at I. G. MACHINE & FIBERS LTD.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for providing support to the HR team in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and select candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer employee benefits, including health and dental plans, and retirement savings plans
  • Provide support with performance management, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Assist with employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide training and development opportunities for employees
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • College diploma or degree in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
