We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at I. G. MACHINE & FIBERS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and address staffing needs, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and coordinate the selection process.
- Develop and maintain employee relations, provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolve conflicts and disputes.
- Manage employee data, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs, provide coaching and development opportunities, and evaluate employee performance.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- College diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of HR software, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
