Job Summary:

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for providing support to the HR team in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and select candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer employee benefits, including dental, disability, and health care plans
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employee growth and development
  • Provide support to the HR team in various aspects of human resources, including benefits administration and employee relations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of human resources software and Microsoft Office
