Key Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing current and future staffing needs.
  • Creating and distributing job postings and advertisements.
  • Screening and evaluating applicants.
  • Providing guidance to job seekers regarding employment criteria and conditions.
  • Reviewing candidate pools and coordinating interviews.
  • Recruiting graduates from various educational institutions.
  • Participating in selection processes and evaluating candidates.
  • Communicating selection results and preparing job offers.
  • Advising management and staff on staffing policies.
  • Facilitating dispute resolutions and managing termination processes.
  • Determining eligibility for benefits and organizing staff training.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new employees.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is essential:

  • Human resources management software
  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Word
  • Internet applications
Safety and Security

A criminal record check will be required.

Transportation Requirements
  • Must have personal transportation.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
