About the Role

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead a team of financial analysts and planners, providing essential financial analysis and support to all departments within Student Services. This role is crucial in producing timely financial reports, preparing and monitoring budgets, and supporting long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, analyze variances, and design various financial reports
  • Develop and maintain multi-year financial projections, support annual budget consolidation, and provide strategic financial insights
  • Manage daily finance operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with university policies
  • Lead and manage support staff, ensuring effective financial controls and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce with a professional accounting designation (CPA) and five years of related experience
  • Excellent knowledge of financial analysis, budget planning, financial reporting, management accounting, and financial management best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
