About G&F Financial Group

G&F Financial Group, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's overall financial planning and analysis function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budget process and business plan process, collaborating with other finance and corporate teams to collect and synthesize budget data.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Conduct regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and analyses, providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Financial Modeling: Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic goals.
  • Special Projects & Collaboration: Contribute to the improvement of practices and processes, participate in finance projects, and develop strong working relationships with department leaders.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA or CFA accreditation, or approaching completion.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
