Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist to join one of our client's places of business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and contribute to the well-being of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Managing front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
