Overview

Job Description

The Medical Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and communicating with patients and families. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of a recognized Resident Care Attendant Certificate program or equivalent experience;
  • One year recent, related experience in a medical office setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Current Level C Basic Life Saving Certificate;

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
