As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for video conferencing and digital recording technology in courtrooms, correctional centers, RCMP detachments, and police video suites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier one support for video conferencing and digital recording technology.
- Schedule, test, and support remote video appearances.
- Identify and analyze desktop, recording, conferencing, and network related incidents.
- Maintain documentation for software and hardware.
- Provide end user training and support.
- Configure new computers and install software.
- Manage end-user devices.
- Support and upgrade computer applications and systems.
- Develop relationships with court services and the judiciary.
Requirements
- Knowledge of desktop and network operating systems.
- Experience with end user devices.
- Cisco video conferencing.
