Job Summary

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for video conferencing and digital recording technology in courtrooms, correctional centers, RCMP detachments, and police video suites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tier one support for video conferencing and digital recording technology.
  • Schedule, test, and support remote video appearances.
  • Identify and analyze desktop, recording, conferencing, and network related incidents.
  • Maintain documentation for software and hardware.
  • Provide end user training and support.
  • Configure new computers and install software.
  • Manage end-user devices.
  • Support and upgrade computer applications and systems.
  • Develop relationships with court services and the judiciary.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of desktop and network operating systems.
  • Experience with end user devices.
  • Cisco video conferencing.
  • Collaboration technologies.
  • Digital recording equipment.
  • ITSM best practices.
