About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Meera's Infraconstruct Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer networks, hardware, and software.
  • Configure and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
