Technical Support Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to technical issues and provide solutions to customers and employees
* Consult technical manuals and guides to research and implement solutions
* Provide training and advice to users on technical issues
* Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts
* Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet
* Set up equipment for employee use and ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software
* Provide customer service and manage incidents

**Support for Newcomers and Refugees**

* Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster
* Work with a permanent schedule of 30-40 hours per week

**Requirements**

* College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
* 1 year of experience in a technical support role
* Equivalent experience may be considered

**Language**

* English
