Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that their computer systems and equipment are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve issues with computer systems, software, and equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems using technical manuals, guides, and other resources.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure computer equipment, including hardware and software, to ensure that it is functioning properly.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide technical support to newcomers and refugees who are displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.

We offer a permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek, and the opportunity to work with a diverse team at Team Wireless Ltd. The language of work is English.
