Administrative Assistant Job Description

BEST ROYAL CONSULTING LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Coordination: Ensure seamless communication within the team by coordinating the flow of information and managing correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by opening and distributing mail, setting up and maintaining filing systems, and typing and proofreading documents.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and maintain calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked office environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 48 hours per week
