Tim Horton's Operations Manager for Saint Mary's University

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tim Horton's Supervisor to join our team at Saint Mary's. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily staffing levels, controlling labor costs, and driving efficiency from all staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.
- Audit service and quality on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Supervise teamwork and service on a regular basis.
- Address employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to all Aramark policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years' experience in food service required.
- 1+ years' experience in a leadership role required.
- Prior experience working with Tim Horton's or similar franchise considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Aramark offers competitive compensation, including an estimated $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary, medical and dental benefits, employee meal plan, complimentary uniforms and safety shoes, paid vacation and sick time, and opportunities for professional development.
