Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement with the Mount Saint Vincent University Faculty Association. A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan, will also be provided.

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional scholar and educator to teach classes primarily at the introductory level. The ideal candidate will have expertise in consumer behavior, retail management, sales force management, and/or marketing strategy. Evidence of an emerging research program or clear scholarly research potential is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A PhD or DBA in a relevant field, or close to completion, is preferred. Applicants with a relevant Master's Degree may be considered if they possess 10+ years of recent experience in the field of marketing. Teaching experience at the university level is an asset.
