We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Tim Hortons on the Saint Mary's University campus. As a representative of Aramark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
About the Role- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
- Prepare made-to-order food items, following operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, managing waste and adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- 1 year of experience in food service is considered an asset.
- Able to create a great customer service experience.
- Flexible and able to work evening and weekend shifts.
- Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.
