Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our People & Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing payroll for a large population, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other HR employees.
Responsibilities:- Preparation of student, casual, part-time, and full-time payroll for over 2000 individuals.
- Excellent customer service delivery via email, phone, in-person, and virtually.
- Collaboration with Human Resources employees for timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Maintenance of confidentiality and adherence to strict guidelines.
To excel as our Payroll Administrator, you will require:
- Community college courses equivalent to one year post-high school education.
- Possession of Payroll Compliance Legislation and Payroll Fundamentals 1 courses from the National Payroll Institute.
- A minimum of one year of directly related work experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of teamwork in high-volume environments with multiple priorities.
- Superior computer/keyboarding skills using integrated systems, Microsoft Office, and FTP software.
