Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves providing comprehensive nutrition services to clients as part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will work closely with clients and their families to empower them to take an active role in goal setting and action planning for improved health outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments to identify suitable interventions
  • Prepare detailed reports on clients' health status, including test and assessment results
  • Develop and implement personalized health plans aligned with clients' needs and goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a four-year bachelor's degree from a recognized university dietetic program and have completed a dietetic internship practicum in clinical nutrition, population health, and nutrition management.

In addition, you should have:

  • Clinical experience in primary healthcare
  • The ability to educate and coach clients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care strategies
