Synaptic operates as a registered charity. We are the only center in Alberta to provide comprehensive, outpatient, rehabilitation to individuals with spinal cord injuries and other severe motor and neurological disorders.

The rehabilitation methods delivered at Synaptic are based on the principles of neuro protection, neuro recovery and neuro plasticity. Our rehabilitation program is based on the scientific understanding of our brain's ability to form new connections with the body, and relearn functional movements, through intensive exercise-based rehabilitation.

- You will be delivering exercise-based therapy to a neuro population that would include diagnosis such as MS, Parkinson’s, Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury, Cerebral Palsy, etc.

In order to be considered you must have a Kinesiology Degree or equivalent and CPR certification.

Clinic hours: 8:30 am -5:30 pm Monday - Friday
