Job Title: Business General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at Beauty First. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize and organize major departments, and coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Leadership: Establish objectives, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
  • Team Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, tight deadlines, attention to detail, accurate, judgement, organized, and team player
