We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Beauty First. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and increase revenue.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align business objectives and drive results.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a business development or leadership role.
