Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at kwikmart. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our retail team, ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
  • Tasks:
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Provide customer service
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
