Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor at UniFirst, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all facility equipment and identifying areas for process improvement. You will oversee the maintenance team, manage equipment maintenance, and implement regulatory and environmental compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising maintenance personnel.
  • Maintenance administration experience, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, parts management, vendor management, and maintenance management systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Hand & Power tools, Lockout/Tagout, and basic welding equipment knowledge.
