About the Role
">As an Insurance Sales Professional at Morison Insurance, you will be responsible for selling commercial insurance to warm leads. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to all insurance leads in a timely manner
- Complying with insurance standards and working with our in-house underwriting guidelines
- FOLLOWING SALES PROCEDURES
- Documenting conversation and correspondence with customers and insurance companies
- Matching customer needs with optimal insurance products
Requirements
">A Registered Insurance Broker License (RIBO)
Additionally, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits including group benefits plan, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
