A rewarding opportunity exists for an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing contract management support to our Policy & Contract Section, including preparing contract documents, liaising with vendors, and reviewing insurance certificates.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in procurement and contract management, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Policy & Contract Section
  • Prepare contract documents, including attaching appendices and schedules
  • Liaise with vendors to collect and review insurance certificates
  • Consult with Procurement, Risk Management, and Legal Services staff as needed

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
