Graybar Canada Limited, a leading wholesale electrical distributor in Canada, is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as an Automation Controls Specialist.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Promote and sell Graybar Canada's automation products and services to new and existing customers in the Hamilton/Niagara Falls area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improving sales performance.
  • Prepare estimates and quotes for customers, outlining pricing, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Consult with customers on automation solutions tailored to their needs, providing expert advice and support.
  • Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, preferably in electrical or automation engineering.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant sales or industry experience, with a strong understanding of electrical and automation products.
  • Proficiency in IEC programming languages, specifically Ecostruxure Control Expert software.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
