Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Silvercorp Metals Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs, as well as advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to ensure compliance and fairness
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to drive growth and development
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employee growth and development
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
