Job Responsibilities
  • Lead HR Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Coordinate the activities of the HR department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Evaluate Performance: Assess daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Motivate Staff: Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee motivation and well-being.
  • Plan Budgets: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Implement Policies: Create and enforce human resources policies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  • Advise Management: Offer expert guidance on human resources matters, including policy interpretation and benefit administration.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Coordinate Performance: Develop and implement employee performance management systems, ensuring fair evaluation and growth opportunities.
  • Develop Training Strategies: Design and deliver training programs, focusing on employee development and skill enhancement.
  • Oversee Employee Data: Analyze and interpret employee data, informing strategic decisions and driving business outcomes.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop and present regular reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Respond to Employee Queries: Address employee concerns and questions, providing timely and effective support.
  • Negotiate Collective Agreements: Represent the organization in collective bargaining negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Recruit and Hire: Lead recruitment efforts, sourcing top talent and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, ability to analyze complex data and drive business outcomes.
