About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at D2L. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day search marketing activities, including campaign development, implementation, budget management, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and business partners to understand paid digital campaign requirements.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns throughout the project life cycle.
- Work with external agencies and internal teams to implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with growth objectives.
- Analyze and develop reporting programs for campaigns to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on paid campaign ROI and KPIs across all marketing channels.
- Engage in A/B testing to determine successful campaign strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience in digital marketing required.
- Ability to create positive external relationships and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management experience.
- Experience working with Google Ads, AdWords, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with remarketing, low-bid campaigns, programmatic, and other advanced digital advertising tactics.
- Experience with Demandbase or similar account-based marketing systems would be an asset.
- Analytics experience and knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently, seek information where needed, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong digital composition, verbal, and collaboration skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to report on findings and offer suggestions.
- Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable.
- Combination of corporate and agency work experience is preferred.
