Job Title: Brand Growth Strategist

About the Role:

Nutratology is a growing Canadian Dietary Supplement brand dedicated to providing high-quality products that support the health and wellness of Canadians. We are seeking a dynamic Brand Growth Strategist to drive brand development, customer acquisition, and expansion strategies across various digital and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Define and implement Nutratology's long-term brand vision in alignment with company goals and values. Develop strategies to drive brand awareness and loyalty, helping Nutratology become a leading name in Canada's dietary supplement market.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research into market trends, customer insights, etc. Use research insights to adjust branding and product positioning, ensuring a competitive edge. Identify potential new product opportunities and plan for future launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Work with external vendors, such as manufacturing partners and compliance companies, to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Creative Oversight: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets align with Nutratology's brand strategy. Utilize split testing and experiments to optimize listings and marketing content for performance.
  • Product Launch Strategy: Lead product launch strategies, including messaging, creative direction, and visibility campaigns. Work with marketing teams to layer in PPC strategies and ensure optimized product listings with SEO and high-quality visuals.
  • Brand Consistency & Growth: Maintain Nutratology's brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience. Regularly assess brand performance through data analytics, making adjustments to campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Customer Experience & Brand Loyalty: Collaborate with the Customer Support and Marketing teams to continuously enhance customer experience and satisfaction, helping to build lasting brand loyalty.
  • Marketplace Expansion: Assist in overseeing Nutratology's marketplace expansion, ensuring compliance with regional regulatory standards. Collaborate with suppliers and manage product listings to optimize performance across various platforms.
  • Performance Management: Help assess and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth and margin improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a growth marketing, brand management, or e-commerce role, ideally within the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience selling on or managing third-party marketplace sales channels (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
