About this Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Chief Cyber Security Strategist to lead technical development and project delivery of Cyber Security implementation engagements using ServiceNow's cyber solutions.

This involves creating effective proactive and reactive response and protection strategies for each organization, leading the configuration and development of relevant ServiceNow modules, and working with other developers in the team.

  1. Playing the subject matter expert for ServiceNow SecOps capabilities (e.g. SIR, VR, DLP, IRM, TPRM).
  2. Acting as a technical consultant on project deliveries, working with client stakeholders to help translate business requirements to technical requirements, and collaborating with the delivery team to develop a solution to meet the customer's needs while improving their current situation.
  3. Participating in process improvement initiatives, supporting proposals, market materials, business promotional events, and other market development activities to grow the emerging demand for Security Operations.
  4. Mentoring, coaching, and growing the skills within the team focused on ServiceNow practitioners.
Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for:

  1. Leading client engagements and teams to successful outcomes with a focus on supporting your team, client needs, and generating value.
  2. Transferring knowledge and resolving problems across various stakeholder groups including end users, functional teams, operations, infrastructure, and more.
  3. Spearheading client pursuits and business development efforts, preparing proposals, and leading presentations to senior executives.
  4. Building long-term business relationships with senior client personnel and executives through engagements and networking in professional organizations.
  5. Delivering ServiceNow implementations and maintaining knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
  6. Working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders with strong relationship management skills and a passion for client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Requirements

You must have:

  1. 8+ years of experience in business and/or technical management of requirements and delivery of projects as a Business Consultant / Business Development / Pre-sales, and/or Project/Program Manager with ServiceNow.
  2. A great understanding and deep knowledge of implementing ServiceNow security operations and IRM solutions, integrating other cyber solutions with ServiceNow (e.g. Qualys, Tenable, Kenna, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Splunk).
  3. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related technical field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience. A Master's in information systems, MBA, or other is an asset.
  4. Certified Implementation Specialist – SecOps, IRM, TPRM.
  5. Superior project management and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables.
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills).
  7. Flexibility with traveling and meeting clients onsite.
  8. Goal-oriented, able to demonstrate presentation and business solutions to clients with confidence, knowledge, and ease.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $145,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
