Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator in Ottawa. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients via phone and email while working closely with our relocation services department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with solving complex problems related to relocation services
  • Provide relocation policy advice to customers through scheduled planning sessions
  • Take and make calls in a tactful manner, holding 30-minute planning session calls
  • Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Bilingual French and English is mandatory
  • Must have customer service experience (preferably in a call centre environment)
  • Background in relocation services is considered an asset
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
