Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Discount Trucking & Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Direct and motivate staff
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Conduct performance reviews
