**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
**YOUR TASKS**:

- Organize and maintain the office and showroom in a manner that is both visually appealing and efficient.
- Bookkeeping; Accounts receivable and payable.
- Payroll
- Bill Payments
- Purchasing (could involve sourcing suppliers and product).
- Answer phone calls and takes detailed messages.
- Make sure confidential information stays private.
- Assist with year-end inventory.
- Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures.
- Prepare, edit and proofread quotes, invoices and statements.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Greet visitors.
- Pick up/drop off supplies.

**WHAT YOU HAVE**:
Comfortable with handling telephone conversations with clients and potential clients.

Detail-oriented, with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent English Skills - Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Willingness to take on tasks as needed.Experience with MS Word, MS Excel skills, etc. are essential.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
