Position Summary

Dr. F.W. Green Memorial home is seeking a Casual Staffing Services Scheduling Clerk to join their team in Cranbrook B.

This is a Casual opportunity, which means there are no guaranteed hours and work requirements can vary from hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will work in a customer-focused, team-oriented framework performing staffing, scheduling, and payroll clerical functions in a fully automated system.

  • Process requests for vacancy coverage to ensure staff compliment baselines are met;
  • Allocate and call in relief staff to fill vacancies;
  • Process on-staff, payroll removal notices and change notices;
  • Review and audit timekeeping records;
  • Review, calculate, and edit on-call and call-back hours;
  • Data entry;
  • Reception and clerical duties.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Confirmation of completion of Grade 12;
  • Your Resume indicating three years' recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
  • A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position.
