About the Role

LGM Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the Corporate Accounting Team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of financial tasks and projects.
  2. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  3. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Manage cash flow, investments, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring optimal financial performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CPA designation and advanced accounting knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role, with a proven track record of financial leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A collaborative and facilitative leadership style, with a focus on team development and empowerment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
