Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Technical Services Department, supporting training activities, and providing administrative duties related to the management of training programs, Learning Management System (LMS), and overall training coordination. Key responsibilities include organizing and scheduling training courses, inputting and retrieving data using computer applications, and providing support to various teams within the Technical Operations department.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring new employee onboarding, ensuring timely completion of mandatory and technical training, and managing training supplies. Additionally, they will execute reports on training statistics, monitor levels of training materials, and provide accurate information to Field Management regarding license and certification listings.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar applications. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively. A background in training or education is considered an asset, but not required. Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
