Position Details
  • Fixed-Term (6 months)

This key role involves supporting day-to-day operations in the Technical Services Department. Responsibilities include organizing training courses, managing data using various computer applications, and providing support to multiple teams.

The incumbent coordinates all information in the training database, sets up and manages Enercare's Learning Management System (LMS) online Training, updates course records, schedules courses, prepares training notices, follows up on course evaluations, and performs other administrative duties related to training coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates new employee onboardings, ensuring they are set up for online training and scheduled for mandatory and technical training in upcoming boot camps.
  • Follows up with employees and managers to complete new hire training in a timely manner.
  • Creates, updates, and coordinates Outlook Training Calendar and Learning Management System reports.
  • Executes ongoing reports on training statistics in response to field managers' and trainers' requests.
  • Monitors levels of training supplies and places orders to maintain acceptable levels.
  • Manages, updates, and provides accurate license and certification listings to Field Management.
  • Provides administrative support to Technical Support, Technical Standards, Quality Assurance, and Health & Safety departments as required.
Requirements

Training background is an asset.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar applications is necessary.

Flexibility and versatility, including working with minimal supervision, are essential.
