About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator Expert to join our Technical Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support duties associated with the day-to-day operations of the department. Your primary responsibilities will include organizing, scheduling, and following up on training courses, inputting and retrieval of data using various computer applications, and providing support to multiple teams.

Accountabilities:
  • You will be responsible for coordinating all information in the training database, including setting up and managing Enercare's Learning Management System (LMS) online training, updating course records, updating employee training records, scheduling courses, preparing training notices to participants, and following up on course evaluations.
  • As part of your role, you will monitor new employee onboardings, ensuring that new employees are set up for online training and scheduled for mandatory and technical training in upcoming boot camps.
  • You will create, update, and coordinate the Outlook Training Calendar and the Learning Management System.
  • You will also execute reports on training statistics on an ongoing basis and in response to ad hoc requests from field managers and trainers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You must have a secondary school education or equivalent.
  • A training background would be an asset.
  • You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You should demonstrate organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • You should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar applications.
  • You should be able to learn new programs and systems quickly with little supervision.
  • You should be able to perform the role in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should have fast or proficient, accurate keyboarding skills.
  • You should be flexible and versatile, including the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • You should be able to exercise confidentiality at all times.
  • You should demonstrate strong customer service skills.
