Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Operations Specialist to join our Technical Services Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support duties associated with the day-to-day operations of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule training courses, input and retrieve data using various computer applications
  • Provide support to the Training Group, Technical Support, Technical Standards, Health Safety & Environment, and Quality Assurance teams
  • Coordinate all information in the training database, including set-up and management of Enercare's Learning Management System (LMS) online Training
  • Update course records, employee training records, and scheduling of courses
  • Prepare training notices to participants and follow up on course evaluations
  • Execute reports on training statistics and monitor levels of training supplies
  • Manage, update, and provide accurate license and certification listings to Field Management
  • Provide administrative support to the Technical Support, Technical Standards, Quality Assurance, and Health & Safety departments
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar applications
  • Flexible and versatile, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
