Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the customer service team and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a strong ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve our customer service processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The role will require strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
