Position Overview

As a pivotal member of the Marketing Department, the Customer Service Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Marketing Assistant to ensure a remarkable and enjoyable experience for all clients and community members.

Compensation: $20.50 per hour

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of leadership experience in customer service.
  • A High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • A professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Strong familiarity with the Greater Victoria area.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication with retail partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer issues.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
  • Ensure that Guest Services Standard Operating Procedures are current.
  • Mentor, supervise, and train a team of Guest Service Representatives.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and security teams on escalated matters.
  • Implement new initiatives as directed by the Marketing Director.
  • Manage scheduling and assist with coverage requests.
  • Handle daily cash transactions and register operations.
  • Prepare monthly sales and tracking reports for review.
  • Oversee promotional tracking related to daily activities.
  • Organize and lead promotional events.
  • Manage Lost and Found records.
  • Effectively implement the Gift Card incentive program.
  • Inform tenants about upcoming promotional events.
  • Assist tenants with any center-related inquiries.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of operational requirements.
  • Familiarity with crisis management protocols.
