Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer issues.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests.
  • Ensure that service procedures are current and effective.
  • Mentor and oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address escalated matters.
  • Implement new initiatives as directed by management.
  • Manage staff scheduling and assist with coverage needs.
  • Handle daily cash transactions and register operations.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for review.
  • Track promotional activities and manage related information.
  • Organize and lead promotional events.
  • Oversee the management of lost and found items.
  • Implement and maintain incentive programs.
  • Communicate upcoming promotional events to tenants.
  • Assist tenants with operational concerns.
  • Conduct regular meetings with management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of operational requirements.
  • Understand and apply crisis management protocols.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in customer service.
  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.

Compensation: $20.50 per hour
