About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Meqani Developers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
