About the Role

Gaurika Foods INC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, and support them with foreign credential recognition.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment, and provide guidance and support to young employees.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people, and provide culturally sensitive support to Indigenous employees.
  • Employment Type: Permanent
