Insurance Inside Sales Advisor

Assumption Life is seeking a skilled Insurance Inside Sales Advisor to contribute to the success of its sales and marketing team.

This role requires a strong business acumen and excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Quebec Business Development Directors to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

This is a remote opportunity that offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
  • Learn and master the details of our product and service offering
  • Communicate opportunities for improvement and provide inside sales support
  • Onboard new brokers and provide training and development opportunities
Requirements:
  • College or university degree in business administration or related field
  • 5 years experience in the financial services and insurance industry
  • 3 years of experience in sales (internal or external) of life insurance products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Sales, negotiation and networking skills
  • Creativity to identify new opportunities and establish rapid growth
