Drive Business Growth as an Insurance Sales Director

iA Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing insurance production and enhancing sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase life insurance and living benefits sales amongst key advisors.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors to provide personalized education and training opportunities.
  3. Identify and recruit advisors and firms who fit the PPI profile while contributing to the regional recruiting effort.
  4. Foster relationships with internal partners to support advisors and collaborate on sales initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to advisors and clients.

Requirements:

  1. 8 years of industry experience.
  2. Previous insurance sales experience is an asset.
  3. Insurance of persons license (LLQP) mandatory.
  4. Fin. Pl. designation an asset.
  5. Deep understanding of family and business insurance landscape, product and concept knowledge.
  6. Proficiency in industry tools and calculators.
  7. Clear and effective communication skills.
  8. Advanced level of English and French language.
  9. Organized with proven ability to deliver results.
  10. Established capability to work within a high-performing team.
