iA Financial Group is a leading insurance and financial services company seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing insurance production and enhancing sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance advisors and carriers to drive business growth.
  3. Provide personalized education and training opportunities for key advisors.
  4. Identify and recruit advisors and firms who fit the PPI profile while contributing to the regional recruiting effort.
  5. Foster relationships with internal partners to collaboratively support advisors.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure current understanding of insurance products and services.
  7. Actively participate in industry events to promote the iA Financial Group brand and value proposition.

Requirements:

  1. 8 years of industry experience.
  2. Previous insurance sales experience is an asset.
  3. Insurance of persons license (LLQP) mandatory.
  4. Fin. Pl. designation an asset.
  5. Deep understanding of family and business insurance landscape, product and concept knowledge.
  6. Proficiency in industry tools and calculators.
  7. Clear and effective communicator with advanced language skills in English and French.
  8. Organized with proven ability to deliver results.
  9. Established capability to work within a high-performing team.
