The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and its products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and advisors, providing them with valuable insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's product and service offerings, and communicate these to customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • College or university degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry.
  • 3 years of experience in sales (internal or external) of life insurance products.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Creativity to identify new opportunities and establish rapid growth.
